ALWAGHT- Brigadier General Naghdi, a senior Iranian commander, said Tehran will keep the Strait of Hormuz closed and under the Armed Forces’ control until Iran’s legitimate demands are fulfilled.
The senior Iranian commander said the limited range of Iran’s weapons reflects policy choices rather than technological restrictions. He stressed that domestically produced weapons can have their range and power expanded according to battlefield requirements.
He also said the IRGC has been tasked with developing the capabilities needed to conduct offensive operations beyond Iran’s borders. According to the commander, Iran now domestically produces its weapons, ammunition, and military equipment, with ballistic missiles reportedly being manufactured at a faster rate than they are being used.
