ALWAGHT- Six individuals linked to a separatist group with alleged ties to Israel, accused of carrying out multiple deadly attacks and bombings in Iran’s Khuzestan Province, were executed on Saturday morning.
The death sentences for six members of a separatist militant group—accused of carrying out a series of armed attacks and bombings that threatened security in Khuzestan Province—were carried out at dawn today following the completion of all legal proceedings and confirmation by the Supreme Court.
According to officials, the individuals were involved in the killing of law enforcement officers and security personnel, and had confessed to various acts of sabotage, including manufacturing and planting explosives, bombing a gas station in Khorramshahr, attacking banks, throwing grenades at military sites, and opening fire on mosques.
Authorities stated that the group maintained connections with Israel and received support from hostile foreign agents.
