Continued Israeli Assault on Gaza Claims 30 Lives

ALWAGHT- The casualties included seven Palestinians waiting for aid distribution.

Israeli airstrikes and shelling since dawn have killed at least 30 Palestinians, most of them women and children, amid bombardment of residential areas and aid distribution centers. Strikes hit Gaza City’s al-Shati refugee camp, Tal al-Hawa, and Deir al-Balah, where a mother and her five children were killed. Khan Younis also came under heavy fire, while rescue teams in Gaza City recovered bodies from rubble near Palestine Stadium.

Hospitals across the Strip are overwhelmed as casualties mount. Seven Palestinians were killed in aid-related attacks, including five reportedly shot by occupation forces near a distribution site. In al-Tuffah, an armored vehicle explosion killed two civilians, while strikes near Salah al-Din Street left four more dead, including a child. Al-Shifa Medical Complex reported the death of a child from malnutrition before coming under Israeli drone fire in what was seen as intimidation of medical staff.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the overall death toll from Israeli attacks has reached 66,097, with 168,536 wounded. This includes 2,576 Palestinians killed while seeking aid and over 18,800 injured in such incidents. At least 453 people, among them 150 children, have also died from famine and malnutrition caused by the blockade.
