Alwaght-After Ferguson and Missouri, Baltimore erupts in riots following the murder of a black-skinned civilian by a police officer, white as usual.
Protestors clashed with police and set fires in Baltimore on Monday following the funeral of Freddie Gray a 25-year-old African-American man who died last week in police custody after officers broke his spine.
The disturbances broke out just a few blocks from the funeral of Gray and then spread through parts of Baltimore, Reuters reported.
People getting tired of the police killing the young black guys for no reason, hurled bricks, looted businesses and set fires in the city in the most violent U.S. demonstrations since rallies in Ferguson, Missouri, last year.
Protesters chanted slogans against racial discrimination and police brutality in the United States, with many shouting “No Justice No Peace,” which has become a centerpiece of the persisting protests over the past week.
Gray's death reignited a public outcry over police maltreatment of African Americans that flared last year after the killings of unarmed black men including Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri; Eric Garner in Staten Island, New York and Walter Scott in North Charleston, South Carolina.
