Alwaght- Turkey army has rolled its tanks in to more areas in Syria and formed secondary front to attack ISIS and Kurds.
Turkish heavy armory vehicles entered Syria from Kilis province which is usually hit by ISIS rockets. The tank units will be followed by a sweeping attack by the Ankara-backed militants trying to capture villages currently under ISIS control.
The incursion is a new phase of the so-called Euphrates Shield initiated by Turkey to attack ISIS forces and meanwhile contain further advances by the US backed Syrian Kurd rebels on its borders.
The Tanks entered the Syrian town of al-Rai and will support a new offensive in the coming days, a Syrian rebel spokesman said.
Al-Rai is 55 km west of Jarablus part of a 90-km corridor near Turkish border where Ankara is trying to keep it clear from any Kurdish domination.
Turkish army began a preemptive attack in northern Syria last week to prevent domination of US-backed Kurd rebels on Jerabulus city south of its borders after rebels managed to take control of ISIS-held Manjib and were preparing to attack Jarabulus.
Syria has condemned Turkey's ground incursion into Syria's border city of Jarablus, describing it as " blatant violation of its sovereignty and affirms".
