Economic Challenges, Particularly Dependence On Foreign Aids, Unemployment, And Social Poverty Although cultural and social challenges are also among Afghanistan's new government, economic challenges have priority for them and they have to focus on solving Afghans' financial problems, before taking cultural measures. Signing security pact is a guarantee for western countries' presence in the Afghanistan. They will seize this opportunity to reach their main objective, including controlling Iran and Russia. They will support terrorist groups in the Central and West Asia more easily as an apparatus against Iran and Russia. Double standards of America and NATO in fighting terrorism have been problematic not only for Afghanistan, but also for neighboring countries of Afghanistan. Three years after occupation of Afghanistan by America and its allies terrorism not only is not eradicated, but also is extended. Today, the same terrorists are killing innocent people in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. ISIS indeed is esteemed from terrorist groups of Afghanistan. Some analysts believe that West tries to Pakistanize West and East Asia in a mid-term period. America's presence in every country has only resulted in instability and in insecurity in that country.
