Tehran Warns US Against Interference in Strait of Hormuz

ALWAGHT- Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters cautioned that any US intervention in security issues or efforts to disrupt the Strait of Hormuz would be met with an immediate and decisive military response.

Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters declared that the Strait of Hormuz is under Iran's sovereign control and not a place for US military activity. It described the security and stability of the strategic waterway as a red line for the Iranian Armed Forces.

The statement said all oil tankers and commercial vessels must follow Iran-designated transit routes through the strait, warning that any deviation from navigation protocols would prompt an immediate and decisive military response that could endanger violating vessels.

The headquarters also warned that any US interference in security matters or disruptive actions in the Strait of Hormuz would be treated as a threat to Iran's sovereignty. It accused ongoing US military flights over the waterway of undermining regional security and vowed to respond forcefully to any perceived aggression or trespass.
