ALWAGHT- Iran rejects diplomatic pressure, Ghalibaf warns against Trump's attempts to turn negotiations into surrender.
Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has stated that Iran will not accept negotiations under threat and accused US President Donald Trump of attempting to turn the negotiating table into a table of surrender or justify renewed warmongering through imposing a blockade and violating the ceasefire.
The two-week truce between Iran and the United States, announced on April 8 for diplomatic solutions to permanently end the US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran, started with talks in Islamabad, Pakistan on April 11, led by Ghalibaf and Vice President JD Vance.
Negotiations concluded without an agreement, but both sides have continued diplomatic contacts amid ongoing tensions, with Iran prepared to reveal new cards on the battlefield if necessary.
