ALWAGHT- Senior Iranian official claims enemies have shifted to hybrid and cognitive warfare after military failures; warns that any hostile actions will result in severe consequences for adversaries.
Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, deputy chief of the Iranian Army for Coordination, warned that any hostile actions against Iran will result in significant damage and heavy costs for the adversaries due to Iran's readiness and capabilities.
He stated that the enemy is currently engaging in hybrid warfare, but Iran's officials and people are familiar with these tactics and know how to counter them through unity, cohesion, coordination, empathy, and mutual support.
The US has been pursuing "gunboat diplomacy" by deploying large ships and aircraft carriers to intimidate Iran, but Admiral Sayyari emphasized that any incident would result in severe consequences for the US.
Admiral Sayyari highlighted that Iran possesses assets the enemy lacks, such as faith, belief, initiative, creativity, and demonstrated capabilities during past conflicts like the Iran–Iraq war and the 12-day imposed war in 2025.
He reiterated that the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is fully prepared to defend its territorial integrity, independence, and the establishment of the Islamic Republic, and remains committed to carrying out its missions with all its might while seeking comprehensive support from the people.
