ALWAGHT- Iranian intelligence forces have arrested a foreign national accused of spying for Israel's Mossad agency in Tehran.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Intelligence Organization announced on Saturday that they had arrested a foreign national suspected of spying for Israel's Mossad agency in Iran. According to the statement, the individual arrived in Iran undercover to gather intelligence and assess the status of terrorist activities by his operatives. Evidence of espionage was found during a search of the arrestee's belongings and hideout.
Meanwhile, violent riots have been occurring across several cities in Iran, with some ordinary people and security forces being killed or injured. The unrest has caused extensive damage to government buildings, private shops, and even mosques. The rioters are believed to be supporters of the monarchy who have vandalized public properties, blocked streets, attacked administrative buildings and police stations, and attacked security and law enforcement officers.
