ALWAGHT- IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Pakpour warned that any aggression against Iran would provoke a far stronger response than what was seen during the 12-day conflict in June.
Major General Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the IRGC, told Iraqi National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji that during the 12-day war, the Zionist regime heavily relied on its missile defenses, while the US deployed THAAD and Aegis systems in the region to block Iranian missile strikes. Despite this, Iran successfully hit its intended targets.
Pakpour emphasized that Iran is now fully prepared and warned that any future aggression against the country would provoke a response far stronger than that of the 12-day war, describing it as “hell” for any transgressors.
The 12-day conflict began on June 13 when Israel launched attacks on Iranian military, nuclear, and residential sites, followed by US strikes on Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan. Iran retaliated with Operation True Promise III, carrying out 22 waves of missile strikes, including targeting the al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, before a ceasefire was enforced on June 24.
