ALWAGHT- Emphasizing Iran’s commitment to de-escalation and regional unity, President Masoud Pezeshkian cautioned that any threat to the nation’s security or interests would be met with a strong and decisive response.
In a call with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, President Masoud Pezeshkian reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to de-escalation but warned of a strong response to any threats against its security and interests. He emphasized that Iran has never pursued nuclear weapons, citing Ayatollah Khamenei’s decree, and reiterated the country's ongoing cooperation with the IAEA to ensure the peaceful nature of its nuclear program.
Pezeshkian stressed Iran’s dedication to regional peace and stability, condemning the Zionist regime’s attempts to misrepresent Iran’s nuclear activities as a security threat. He argued that Israel is the real source of crisis due to its war and genocide against Palestinians. He also expressed appreciation for Norway’s role in promoting regional peace and strengthening ties with Tehran.
