Iran’s Leader Extends Condolences Over the Martyrdom of Two Senior Judges in Tehran

ALWAGHT- Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, has offered his condolences on the martyrdom of two prominent Iranian judges in a terrorist attack in Tehran.

Two prominent Iranian judges, Ali Razini, head of Branch 39 of the Supreme Court, and Mohammad Moqiseh, head of Branch 53, were assassinated in a terrorist attack at the Supreme Court building in downtown Tehran on Saturday. Both judges were involved in handling cases related to national security, espionage, and terrorism.

In a message on Saturday, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei extended condolences to the families of the martyred judges. He noted that Razini had previously survived an assassination attempt and endured injuries as a veteran, while also mourning the loss of two of his brothers who were martyred. The Leader prayed for God’s mercy and comfort for their grieving families.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian also expressed his condolences, condemning the “cowardly” and “inhumane” act. He called on security and law enforcement authorities to take swift action to identify and bring the perpetrators to justice.
