ALWAGHT- At least four Israeli settlers were injured after Yemeni armed forces launched a ballistic missile at the occupied territories, responding to the Tel Aviv regime's brutal military campaign against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service reported that four settlers were injured on Sunday while rushing to shelters during sirens triggered by a Yemeni ballistic missile. Additionally, one individual was treated for severe anxiety.
The Israeli military claimed the missile was intercepted by air defenses outside the occupied territories. Meanwhile, Hebrew-language media reported sirens sounding in Ayalon Valley communities, including Latrun, Modi’in, Neveh Shalom, Nachshon, Mishmar Ayalon, and Kfar Bin Nun.
Yemen has openly supported Palestine’s resistance against Israeli occupation since October 7, 2023, when Israel launched a devastating war on Gaza following Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance movements. The Yemeni Armed Forces have pledged to continue their attacks until Israel ends its ground and aerial offensives in Gaza.
To date, Israeli attacks have killed at least 44,382 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, and injured 105,142 others in Gaza.
Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance movement has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the US, and the UK to pressure an end to Tel Aviv’s genocidal war on Gaza. In October, the US military deployed B-2 stealth bombers to strike Yemen in support of Israel.
