ALWAGHT- A lawmaker cited the Iranian Army’s Air Defense Force commander, stating that all equipment damaged in the Israeli attack on October 26 has been restored to service.
Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, recently shared details of a meeting held on November 11 in Tehran between commission members and Air Defense Commander Brigadier General Alireza Sabahifard.
According to Rezaei, the general explained that Israel's October 26 strike aimed to disable Iran's air defenses but was unsuccessful. The commander confirmed that Iranian Air Defense facilities suffered no serious damage, and no Israeli warplanes entered Iranian airspace due to Iran’s defense capabilities. All equipment affected in the strike has been restored to service.
The October 26 attack targeted several Iranian military sites, leading to the deaths of four servicemen and one civilian. On October 27, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei urged Iranian leaders to counter Israel's misjudgments about Iran, emphasizing that Iran’s youth and resilience should not be underestimated.
