ALWAGHT- Axios, an American news source, conveyed that both Democratic and Republican members of Congress issued warnings to The Hague's International Criminal Court.
According to the report, US Congressional members have issued a threat, warning that if the Hague Court issues a verdict for the arrest of senior Israeli officials, America will retaliate, with legal measures already in progress.
Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, released a statement expressing concern. He stated, "Should the Biden administration fail to intervene, the Hague Criminal Court could wield unprecedented authority, potentially issuing arrest warrants for American politicians, diplomats, and military personnel."
Johnson urged the Biden administration to take immediate and decisive action, requesting that the court abstain from issuing arrest warrants for Israeli officials and utilize all available means to prevent such actions.
