Alwaght- A number of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails on strike to protest their temporary detention have worsening conditions, Palestinian media outlets said.
According to the Palestine media, the Center for the Support of Palestinian Prisoners announced this Friday that the managers of Zionist prisons continue their aggression and repressive measures against the prisoners on hunger strike, and have locked them in solitary cells in miserable conditions.
The Center for the Support of Palestinian Prisoners stated that the physical condition of the hunger strikers is getting worse day by day so 3 of these strikers have gone on long strikes in the past.
Since 2011, the number of individual strikes in Zionist prisons has exceeded 440 cases, and this action is taking place while the number of temporary detainees in Zionist prisons reaches more than 1,200.
Temporary or administrative detention is a term based on which the occupying Israeli regime imprisons Palestinians for an indefinite period of time without charge or trial.
