Alwaght- Two bases housing US forces in western Iraq and in eastern Syria came under simultaneous attacks on Wednesday.
According to reports, the Iraqi resistance movement targeted the Ain al-Assad air in the western province of Anbar with multiple rockets.
The US military has confirmed the attack on Ain al-Assad.
The Attack came more than a week after the American military conducted a deadly air raid against Iraqi forces operating against ISIS terrorists.
Simultaneously, the military base run by the American troops at the al-Omar oilfield in Syria’s eastern province of Deir ez-Zor was also hit.
According to Syrian news agency Sana, mortar rounds were fired into the base for the third time in recent days.
