Iran-P5+1 talks in Lausanne, a city in the French-speaking part of Switzerland,
China and Russia are negotiating to boost their nuke cooperation.
According to an informed source who asked for anonymity, Russia has
decided to increase its role in establishing and building the nuke
infrastructures and facilities.
S/he went on saying that Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation attempts
to build two nuke reactors in china.
Russia's state-run Sputnik International news outlet said, "The
expansion of cooperation between the Russian Federation and China in the
nuclear sphere is being actively discussed."
Building 3rd and 4th reactors as well as 7th
and 8th units of Nuke Power Plant in Taiwan can be outcome of
Russia-china negotiation, the source revealed.
