Alwaght- In a letter addressed to United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh has accused Tel Aviv of committing war crimes as it continues to hammer the besieged enclave.
He described Israeli atrocities as war crimes.
"Israeli atrocities amount to war crimes," he said.
He also slammed Israel for "barbaric Israeli siege imposed" on the Palestinian territory. He added Israeli regime has banned entry of humanitarian aid and medical supplies to the Gaza Strip.
Israel has blocked humanitarian aids last week. It also cut off water and fuel from the civilians, grounding the hospitals that have already been running on power generators.
Tel Aviv has asked Palestinians to evacuate the northern Gaza Strip before an expected ground offensive.
The Palestinians, however, said that they will not move from their homes.
The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres described the situation in Gaza as "a dangerous new low".
"Even wars have rules," he said.
