ISIS terrorists in an unknown Syrian territory

At least 15 civilians, mostly women and children, have been killed following an attack by ISIS terrorists in Syria’s eastern city of Deir Ezzor.

Alwaght- At least 15 civilians, mostly women and children, have been killed following an attack by ISIS terrorists in Syria’s eastern city of Deir Ezzor.

According to the Syrian news agency, Sana, another 52 persons were injured as ISIS terrorists continued targeting the citizens’ houses in the neighborhoods of al-Jourah and al-Qusour on Monday night. Director of Deir Ezzor Health Department Abdel-Najem al-Obeid said that the 52 injured persons, six of them critically, were admitted to al-Assad and Martyr Ahmad Taha Houwidi hospitals.

Meanwhile, Syrian government troops have killed 11 terrorists in an intensive strike on a terrorist group’s movement axes while attacking military posts in the vicinity of the gas plant west of the regiment 137 at the southern axis of Deir Ezzor.

The army units, backed by air force, engaged last night in fierce clashes with terrorist groups of the Takfiri organization in the cemetery area.

The clashes ended up with killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their fortified positions, weapons, ammunition and military equipment were in their possession.

Syria blames Western countries, the Israeli regime and their allies in the region namely Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar for being behind the seven-year old conflict in the country.

The foreign-backed terrorists in Syria have killed hundreds of thousands and displaced millions throughout the country since the conflict began in 2011.
