Sheikh Qassem: South Lebanon Liberation Within Reach as IOF Faces Forced Withdrawal

ALWAGHT- Hezbollah Secretary-General says the conflict will unfold in successive stages, stressing that the final outcome will favor those defending their homeland.

Sheikh Naim Qassem said the liberation of southern Lebanon is within reach, stressing that Israel cannot remain there indefinitely. He said Hezbollah would continue its resistance as long as Israeli aggression and occupation persist.

Qassem credited the Resistance’s resilience to the guidance of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the steadfastness of the Lebanese people. He said the conflict has multiple rounds, but the final outcome would belong to the people of the land and their cause.

He also praised Iraq’s people, leadership, religious authority, and Popular Mobilization Forces for what he described as forcing the US out of Iraq. On Lebanon’s internal affairs, he said Hezbollah was prepared to address domestic issues according to the Constitution and laws, without US interference.

Qassem’s remarks came as Israeli forces continue attacks, demolitions, and other operations in southern Lebanon despite the ceasefire. He also announced a new institution dedicated to preserving and publishing Nasrallah’s legacy for the public, researchers, and future generations.
