ALWAGHT- Two men found guilty of espionage for the Israeli regime’s Mossad have been executed in the northwestern Iranian province of West Azarbaijan.
Two men, Yaghoub Karimpour and Nasser Bekrzadeh, were executed on Saturday morning in Iran after their death sentences for espionage were upheld by the Supreme Court. Karimpour was convicted of contacting a Mossad officer during the July 2025 US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran, providing classified information on sensitive locations and individuals in exchange for cryptocurrency. He received training from Mossad to make sound bombs, detonated several, and sent footage of the explosions to his handler—footage that was later broadcast on the Israeli-funded Iran International channel to portray Iran as unstable. He also photographed military installations and paid others to commit sabotage, including setting fire to ATMs, and was convicted of muharebeh (waging war against God).
Bekrzadeh, based on documents and evidence, visited multiple sensitive Iranian infrastructure sites across the country. He provided the Israeli intelligence service with images of specific locations, including the Natanz uranium enrichment facility, as well as information about certain authorities, religious scholars, and local officials. Both men were found guilty of espionage for the Tel Aviv regime.
Since the US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran began on June 13 last year, Iranian security forces have captured dozens of individuals working for the enemy. Iran's Judiciary Chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni-Ejei has called on courts to expedite espionage cases and avoid lengthy bureaucratic processes.
