ALWAGHT- Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi lauded the Army and IRGC naval forces for their full combat preparedness, declaring them ready for any “possible confrontation” after reviewing units in Hormozgan Province.
During his visit to Bandar Abbas, Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi inspected Army naval units — including surface, subsurface, commando, and aviation divisions — as well as IRGC Navy combat and operational forces. He praised the Army’s sailors for their “complete combat readiness” across land, sea, and air, noting that defensive and offensive plans are constantly refined and exercised.
Touring the IRGC Navy, Mousavi highlighted the mix of faith, motivation, and revolutionary spirit that he said drives the force, describing it as being in “one hundred percent readiness” to confront any enemy. He emphasized that both the Army and IRGC naval forces are prepared for missions in all defensive and offensive domains.
Referring to the aftermath of the June 12-day war triggered by Israeli and US attacks, Mousavi pointed to rapid progress and heightened preparedness within the IRGC Navy. He called the improvements “extraordinary,” stressing that Iran’s retaliatory strikes on Israeli and US positions had ultimately forced an end to the assault.
