Iran’s ‘Defensive Diplomacy’ Foiled Global Arrogance: Senior Commander

ALWAGHT- A top Iranian military commander states that the Islamic Republic's "defensive diplomacy" has countered efforts by global arrogant powers to isolate the nation.

Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, the Iranian Army’s deputy commander for coordination, emphasized the importance of Iran’s "defensive diplomacy" in countering efforts to isolate the country. He stated that Iran’s continuous interaction with other nations proves the failure of global arrogance in enforcing such isolation. Sayyari highlighted Iran’s proactive approach in fostering diplomatic ties through annual meetings with foreign military attachés and defense officials.

He elaborated on Iran’s military engagements, noting that the country has hosted and dispatched numerous military delegations worldwide. Iran has also conducted joint military exercises across land, air, and sea, exchanging scientific and industrial expertise with various nations. Additionally, naval cooperation has expanded through port visits and international deployments, reinforcing Iran’s global presence in defense diplomacy.

Sayyari asserted that defensive diplomacy is a key component of national power, demonstrating Iran’s capability to engage and collaborate internationally. He pointed out that Iran’s military diplomacy extends across its land, air, and naval forces, with the latter playing a particularly prominent role. He concluded that strengthening defensive diplomacy enhances Iran’s strategic influence and ability to interact with global powers.
