ALWAGHT- Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced that the nation's naval forces targeted the Israeli regime's Nevatim base with hypersonic missiles.
"During a military operation, we targeted the Nevatim Airbase of the Israeli enemy in the Negev region, southern occupied Palestine," Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Friday.
He stated that the attack was carried out using the Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile, successfully hitting its target. Saree stressed that Yemeni Armed Forces would continue their operations until the Gaza invasion is halted, the blockade is lifted, and aggression against Lebanon ends.
Yemen has openly declared its support for Palestine’s resistance against Israeli occupation since the regime began its assault on Gaza on October 7, following the Palestinian Resistance’s Operation Al-Aqsa Storm. Yemeni forces have vowed to maintain their attacks until Israel’s relentless ground and air offensives in Gaza, which have claimed at least 27,948 lives and injured 67,459 people, are brought to a stop.
The United States and Britain announced in December the formation of a military coalition targeting Yemen to support Israel’s efforts.
