European capitals come together in solidarity against Israeli assaults on Gaza

ALWAGHT- On Saturday, protests swelled across numerous European nations, denouncing Israel's actions in Gaza and showing support for Palestine. Thousands marched through the streets in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Italy, France, and the Netherlands.

In Madrid, thousands poured onto the streets in response to calls from non-governmental organizations, condemning what they termed as "genocide and Zionist massacre in Gaza."

In Lisbon, the voices of pro-Palestinian students echoed through the University of Lisbon campus as they demonstrated their solidarity with Gaza.

In Athens, hundreds joined together in solidarity, protesting against the ongoing Israeli attacks and advocating for an independent Palestinian state, their banners raised high.

Amsterdam saw a significant turnout of approximately 15,000 people, who gathered to denounce the Nakba, condemn Israel's actions, and call for an immediate ceasefire to halt the bloodshed.

In Berlin, nearly 3,000 demonstrators took to the streets, protesting against Israel's attacks and raising concerns about Germany's alleged involvement in supplying arms, emphasizing the pressing need to stop what they described as "genocide in Gaza."

Italy joined the chorus of condemnation as thousands marched in Rome, Milan, and Turin, expressing their opposition to the violence and advocating for Palestinian freedom.

In Paris, Republic Square emerged as a focal point for thousands demanding an immediate cessation of hostilities, echoing calls for the liberation of Palestine and an end to the blockade.

These demonstrations, spanning various cities, highlighted a growing global outcry against the violence in Gaza and a strong call for solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
