ALWAGHT- In tandem with the growing student protests in the United States, students at universities in Newcastle, Bristol, Warwick, Leeds, Sheffield, and Halam initiated gatherings, which involved the establishment of tents both inside and around university premises.
Students and faculty at English universities expressed solidarity with protesters worldwide by assembling in outdoor spaces and setting up tents on their campuses. They called for an end to their universities' cooperation with companies providing weapons to Israel.
On social media, activists circulated videos of protests coordinated by students at Cambridge University, pressing the institution's leadership to divest from investments and halt collaboration with Israel.
