Al-Qaeda Captures Parts of Aden, as Saudi Paves Way

Alwaght- Fallowing Saudi-led coalition aggression on Yemen and indiscriminate bombing of the neighboring country's cities al-Qaeda terrorists, reportedly, took advantage of the power vacuum, and captured some key neighborhoods in the strategic seaport city of Aden.

AFP news agency cited military sources and eyewitnesses as saying al-Qaeda terrorists have managed to take several key neighborhoods in and around Aden.

A Yemeni official, who asked for anonymity, told AFP that Al-Qaeda fighters entered Aden two weeks after Saudi-backed forces drove the Ansarullah movement out of some parts of Yemen on 17 July .

Indeed, the Saudi airstrikes have paved the way for al-Qaida terrorists, who allegedly are supported by Al Saud, to take parts of the city’s commercial district, Crater. They also destroyed a secret police headquarters, a four-story building in the Tawahi district.

More alarming are the reports that al-Qaeda also managed to capture an army base just north of Aden along with parts of the town of Dar Saad. Having taken control of the army base there, the terrorists set up a training camp for about 200 fighters.

Saudi regime is notorious for using terrorist groups to achieve its goals in the region, the same thing that they are doing in Syria and Iraq.

There has been no report confirming that Saudi-led coalition has raided al-Qaeda terrorist from the onset of war on 26 March, while around 5,500 Yemeni civilians were killed, mostly Women and children.
