Alwaght- The son of Israeli regime Prime Minister, Yair Netanyahu, posted an image on his Facebook page Saturday, suggesting that US-based Jewish tycoon George Soros is behind his family's corruption accusations.
The meme has triggered ire among Israelis as, according to Israeli daily Haaretz, "the malicious image is clearly drawing on anti-Semitic terminology".
The caricature that was hastily taken down Sunday evening depicted a photo of George Soros dangling the world in front of a reptilian creature, who dangles an alchemy symbol in front of a caricature of “happy merchant” image, known to symbolize the world-manipulating Jew.
Captioned "The Food Chain" the cartoon features other figures in the chain including former Prime Minister Ehud Barak, anti-Netanyahu protest leader Eldad Yaniv and Meni Naftali, a former chief caretaker at the Netanyahus’ official residence who reveal Sara Netanyahu, Prime Minister's wife, engagement in corruption.

"The educational and moral failure continued to reverberate in headlines worldwide, but even after Netanyahu the son had second thoughts, Netanyahu the father remains silent," Haaretz wrote adding" True, the father and son are not the same person. They do not necessarily represent each other. Neither is Yair Netanyahu responsible for what others chose to do with the message he published. However, he is not a private person immersed solely in his own affairs. Many accounts describe him as an inseparable part of the political apparatus surrounding the Netanyahu family, and of what goes on at the Prime Minister’s Office, especially regarding communications, in which he specialized during his army service in the IDF Spokesman’s Unit."
This version of the meme seems to have originated on a right-wing Facebook page. The meme is nearly identical to, and appears to be adapted from an image that has been repeatedly posted across the internet in recent years.
Like most memes, it is impossible to determine who originally created it. In one instance, it was posted by John de Nugent with the title "Illuminatus Jew Dumb American Burger" in its URL.
