Alwaght- Lebanon's Hezbollah resistance movement is one of the major players in the complex conflict in Syria and this has triggered panic within the Israeli regime.
Hezbollah has played a leading role in the rapidly changing Eastern Aleppo battleground in Syria where Syrian forces and its allies, including Hezbollah, are on the verge of completely routing foreign-backed terrorists from the strategic region.
The Israeli regime has been watching the unfolding events with apprehension since the regional power balance is changing in favor of Hezbollah.
The regime in Tel Aviv realizes that Hezbollah which was a powerful force nationally having limited deterrence capacity has now transformed into a regional force capable of intervening in conflicts. The valuable experience gained by Hezbollah in the five year Syrian war is now conjures nightmarish scenarios for the Israeli regime.
Hezbollah fighters entered Syria to assist government forces in their war against terrorists and also to prevent the Syrian conflict from spilling over to Lebanon. Hezbollah has succeeded in battling Takfiri terrorists and deterred them from gaining a foothold in Lebanon.
Zionists Deeply Anxious
Zionists are deeply anxious that the regional power balance is changing in favor of Hezbollah and have therefore launched a propaganda campaign in an attempt to change public opinion. In this context, on Tuesday the Israeli regime posted on social images of sensitive Hezbollah military installations in southern Lebanon. A caption under the image claimed the move was a calculated one by Israeli regime to build a case for any future military action.
However, military and security affairs experts are cognizant of the fact every powerful force has focused objectives which are kept confidential for use whenever need arises. The Israeli regime is showing off one of its cards in the hope of neutralizing Hezbollah to a certain extent and thus put this resistance movement in a defensive position so as to monitor its reaction. The Israeli regime is exposing its underbelly in an attempt to change regional power balance.
Is it possible that the Hezbollah does not have a list of important Israeli lifeline targets? If that is the case, why has the Israeli regime relocating its ammonia plant following a threat issued by Hezbollah?
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has stated that Hezbollah could launch an extended offensive against the Israeli regime in a possible future conflict, and reach areas as far as the Galilee, also known as Al-Jalil. Therefore, the release of this list of Hezbollah installations is not a major military move and neither can it overshadow Hezbollah's achievements in Aleppo.
On the other hand, the recent political developments in Lebanon have clearly shown that Hezbollah is not just a military and security factor but also a major player in government and political matters inside Lebanon. Indeed, Hezbollah's power has entered a new phase and this will certainly have a resounding impact on the occupied Golan Heights and also inside the Israeli regime.
