ALWAGHT- The Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has apprehended 12 members of a network linked to the Zionist regime who were plotting acts of sabotage in Iran.
On Sunday, the IRGC announced that its intelligence forces had arrested a network of 12 individuals linked to Israel across six provinces in Iran. According to the statement, these individuals were collaborating with the Zionist regime and had planned operations aimed at undermining the security of the Iranian people.
The IRGC indicated that the leaders of the Israeli regime had orchestrated a series of "anti-security measures" in Iran, attempting to create a crisis within the country following their failures, along with their Western and European backers, particularly the US, in achieving their goals against Gaza and Lebanon.
In July, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, condemned the actions of the Israeli regime, describing them as a "gang of criminals" and "terrorists." He emphasized the suffering of innocent civilians, including infants and women in Gaza, stating that the Zionists were dropping heavy bombs on those who had not fired a single bullet.
Since October 2023, Israel's war on Gaza has resulted in the deaths of at least 41,431 Palestinians and left 95,818 injured.
