ALWAGHT- According to the IRGC, any new aggression or miscalculation by enemies, especially the United States and Israel, will draw a “deadly” response.
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) warned that any new act of aggression or miscalculation by enemies, particularly the US and Israel, will be met with a deadly response. Issued at the start of Sacred Defense Week, the statement linked today’s threats to Iran’s history of resilience during the eight-year Iraq-imposed war in the 1980s, stressing that past conflicts have only strengthened national unity.
The IRGC highlighted the recent Israeli-US attacks on Iran as further proof of the aggressors’ failure to destabilize the country. It noted that despite attempts through military, political, and psychological warfare, Iran has consistently resisted external pressure and emerged stronger. The statement emphasized the nation’s unity and determination to foil hostile plots.
Looking ahead, the IRGC vowed to expand its combat readiness, offensive and defensive power, and military innovation. Referring to the June conflict—sparked by Israeli strikes and followed by US bombings of Iranian nuclear sites—the Corps underscored that Iran’s retaliatory operations against Israeli and American targets demonstrated both its deterrent strength and its capacity to end the war on its own terms.
