ALWAGHT- The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Ground Force emphasized his troops' readiness to maintain enduring safety throughout Iran, asserting that complete security is upheld along the nation's borders.
Speaking at a meeting of IRGC Ground Force commanders in Mashhad on Monday, Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour stated that the IRGC is committed to "stabilizing sustainable and multifaceted security" in Iran.
"Given the global security fluctuations and the significance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the enemy has plans to create instability in the region, especially at our borders," he added.
The general emphasized that there are no issues with border security, noting that his forces are dedicated to enhancing preparedness and upgrading their capabilities to counteract the organized plots by enemies aimed at destabilizing the borders.
The IRGC has implemented extensive plans in recent years for the development of border provinces and underprivileged areas, such as in the southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.
Additionally, IRGC forces have been actively engaged in rescue and relief operations during natural disasters across Iran.
