ALWAGHT- Iran's caretaker foreign minister warned the Israeli regime that any military aggression against Lebanon would trap Zionists in a hell with no return.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Ali Bagheri warned the Zionist regime against attacking Lebanon.
“Lebanon will definitely be a one-way hell for Zionists,” he stated.
The Iranian diplomat noted that the Lebanese resistance forces have successfully established necessary deterrence both on the ground and diplomatically.
Since October 7, 2023, at least 37,925 people have been killed and 87,141 injured in Israel’s war on Gaza.
The Israeli military has also launched attacks on areas in southern Lebanon.
Speculation about Israel shifting its military focus from Gaza to Lebanon has been fueled by statements from officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who said last week that Israel is winding down operations in Rafah and will redirect efforts to Lebanon.
Israel’s attacks have displaced nearly 100,000 people from their homes in southern Lebanon and killed at least 435 people, including 349 members of Hezbollah.
