ALWAGHT- Fresh Israeli strikes on Gaza have killed more Palestinians, highlighting the international community’s inability to bring an end to the conflict.
Medical sources confirmed that 22 Palestinians were killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza since early Tuesday. The attacks included an airstrike on a residential building on Omar al-Mukhtar Street in Gaza City’s Old City, which killed four people and left others injured.
Further strikes hit a home in the al-Shati refugee camp, killing five, including three children, while an attack on the al-Bureij camp left one woman dead and several others wounded. In addition, Israeli forces shot and killed two fishermen off the coast of Khan Younis.
Since the outbreak of Israel’s war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, following Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance groups, more than 65,000 Palestinians—mostly women and children—have been killed in the ongoing assault.
