Alwaght- Israel is bullying Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other social media to remove online posts against the regime, in an attempt to restrict social media pages in its favor.
Israeli Regime's Minister of Internal Security on Saturday accused Facebook and its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, of not doing enough to prevent incitement against Regime and said the social network was "sabotaging" Israeli police work, according to Reuters.
Minister of Tel Aviv Regime refer to Palestinians who are trying to protect their own country and defend themselves as terrorists and said: “Facebook today sabotages, it should be known, sabotages the work of the Israeli police, because when the Israeli police approach them, and it is regarding a resident of Judea and Samaria, Facebook does not cooperate," he said during an interview with Israeli Channel 2 television, referring to the area of the occupied West Bank.
"Facebook today, which brought an amazing, positive revolution to the world, sadly, we see this since the rise of Daesh (ISIS terrorist group) and the wave of terror, it has simply become a monster."
Gilad Erdan, said Zuckerberg was responsible for Facebook policy and called on "the citizens of Israel to flood him in every possible place with the demand to monitor the platform he established and from which he earns billions".
Facebook did not respond directly to accusation of Israeli Regime's Minister of Internal Security but issued a statement,saying the social media is doing its share to remove abusive content from the social network.
"We have a set of community standards designed to help people understand what's allowed on Facebook, and we call on people to use our report if they find content they believe violates these rules, so that we can examine each case and take quick action."
Nearly 220 Palestinians, including children and women, have been killed by Israeli forces since the outbreak of the Intifada in the occupied Palestinian territories last October. Nearly 35 Zionists, mostly Israeli regime troops, have also lost their lives in Palestinian revenge attacks.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon recently said that it was “human nature” for Palestinians to react violently to Israel’s decades-long military occupation, and urged change in Israel’s policies in the occupied territories.
Also the Israeli regime has waged three brutal wars on Gaza since 2008, including the 2014 offensive which left more than 2,200 Palestinians killed and over 11,100 others injured.
The United Nations has warned warning that the besieged Gaza Strip could become uninhabitable for its residents by 2020.
