ALWAGHT- A senior commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) stated that Iran "must be prepared for war, to prevent war."
Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Division, announced in a recent interview that Iran is preparing to carry out its third military operation against Israel, named True Promise III. He highlighted the success of previous operations and emphasized Iran's readiness for war as a deterrent against potential conflicts. He also discussed the continued development of Iran's defense capabilities, particularly missile and drone systems, noting that despite efforts from adversaries, Iran’s production lines have remained uninterrupted.
Hajizadeh pointed out that the defeat of Israel in Operation Al-Aqsa Storm marked a significant blow to the Israeli regime, which failed to achieve its goals in Gaza. He claimed that the operation revealed Israel's brutal nature to the world and exposed its inability to prevent or manage the conflict. He also highlighted Iran's retaliatory actions, including the True Promise I and II operations, which targeted Israeli military infrastructure in response to Israeli attacks on Iranian assets. He argued that these operations demonstrated Iran’s military strength and the failure of Israel’s defense systems.
In addition, Hajizadeh underscored the importance of Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, particularly their high accuracy in recent operations. He also addressed the ongoing progress in Iran’s defense sector, including the development of advanced defense systems and missile technology. He stressed that despite external pressures, Iran's defense capabilities have continued to grow, allowing the country to maintain security and deter potential threats. Hajizadeh called on the Iranian people to remain confident in their defense forces while urging officials to address the country’s economic challenges with the same determination as its military efforts.
