ALWAGHT- Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson stated that accountability for the continuous crimes and bloodshed, particularly in Rafah, rests with the Zionist regime, known for its atrocities against children, and its primary supporter, the government of the United States. These perpetrators must be held responsible for their actions.
"Nasser Kanaani," the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, strongly condemned the Zionist occupying regime's attack on the border area of Rafah in southern Gaza.
He stated: "The assault on this area, despite all international warnings and the firm opposition of the global community, reflects the rogue regime's aggression, which is not bound by any international norms and undoubtedly constitutes the primary threat to international peace and security."
Kanaani emphasized: "This regime's action is aimed at undermining international efforts to halt the war and end the genocide in Gaza, solely to preserve the selfish interests of Zionist criminals."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson reiterated: "As we have repeatedly stated, the key to peace and security in the region is the immediate and unconditional cessation of the war against the oppressed people of Palestine in Gaza and the West Bank, and all international players must pressure the Zionist regime toward this goal."
Kanaani further stated: "Without a doubt, the Zionist regime, known for its atrocities against children, and its primary supporter, the United States government, bear responsibility for the ongoing crimes and bloodshed, particularly in the Rafah area. It is imperative that these perpetrators be held accountable for their heinous acts."
Kanaani stressed: "Once again, the Islamic Republic of Iran urges international legal and judicial entities to accelerate the investigation and prosecution of the inhumane crimes committed by the authorities of the Zionist apartheid regime and ensure that they face trial and appropriate punishment."
