Alwaght- Three more women say US President or his associates have paid them hush money to conceal affairs with Donald Trump, Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for adult film actress Stormy Daniels said on Friday.
The payments were made prior to the 2016 US presidential election to the three women who had relationships with Trump, Avenatti said in a tweet on Friday, adding one of them said she got pregnant.
"Three additional women. All paid hush money through various means. Time for Michael Cohen and Donald Trump to come 100 percent clean with the American people. All the documents, all the tapes, NOW. No more lies or lip service," Michael Avenatti twitted.
He said on Thursday that he had evidence proving Trump had relationships with the women, but added he was “not at liberty to share” the evidence.
He noted the women, who contacted him months ago, were “paid hush money prior to the 2016 election.”
So far, at least 16 women have accused Trump of unwanted sexual advances, allegations Trump dismisses.
According to the documents the FBI seized after raiding the office of Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen, Daniels was paid US$130,000 just days before the election in exchange for her silence.
The FBI also released a recording Cohen made of a two-minute conversation he and Trump held two months before the 2016 election, discussing paying hush money to a former Playboy model.
Karen McDougal, who claims had an affair with the president, said she had a months-long fling with Trump after they met in 2006.
Cohen, who no longer works for Trump, is under investigation for his business dealings and whether hush payments he made to the women violated campaign finance laws.
