Hezbollah Forces Retake Arsal Barrens as Nusra Terrorists Flee
Alwaght-The fighters of Lebanon’s resistance movement Hezbollah have recaptured border heights in the Lebanese town of Arsal from terrorists.
Hezbollah fighters advanced in Arsal barrens, controlling the strategic heights of al-Shuruk which overlook al-Rahwa, Wadi al-Khayl and Wadi Atnin areas where several Nusra Front commanders, including the group's chief commander in Qalamoun Abu Malek al-Talli, are based.
According to Al Manar TV, the Resistance fighters controlled militarily the area of al-Rahwa plain as Nusra terrorists incinerated their camps and fled collectively the battlefield.
A large number of terrorists were killed and injured in the operations in Arsal, which lies about 124 kilometers (77 miles) northeast of the capital, Beirut.

Hezbollah liberated swathes of areas and many hills in Arsal barrens, clashing fiercely with the terrorists of al-Qaeda offshoot in Syria, Nusra Front.
Hezbollah resistance fighters had controlled on Wednesday new posts in on the northern outskirts of Lebanon’s Arsal along the mountain range on Syria’s western border.
Hezbollah resistance fighters seized the heights of Morad Ghazi Harf Wadi Al-Hawa and advanced towards strategic Al-Zaroub mountain, south of Al-Khayl valley, an area between the Lebanese town of Nahleh, east of Baablek, and the Syrian town of Ras al-Maara in the Qalamoun mountain range.
On May 27, Hezbollah fighters killed scores of al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front terrorists after spotting the militants’ hideouts by means of a drone, and launching a surprise attack in an area located between Arsal and the northeastern Lebanese village of Nahle.
The fighters of the resistance movement had previously managed to clear many areas in the Qalamoun region of terrorists.
Hezbollah fighters and the Syrian army conducted joint operations to push back terrorists from the strategic region of Qalamoun on May 4. Two days later, Hezbollah fighters captured the al-Qubaa and al-Naffar hills in Qalamoun.
