Alwaght – ISIS terrorists attacked Turkish tanks in northern Syria and killed two soldiers and injured five onthers on Tuesday, Turkish army reported.
Turkish tanks were part of units deployed in al-Rai region to cover the Turkey-backed rebels fighting in the north Syria.
Turkey captured al-Rai from ISIS terrorists, last week with the help of its allied rebels.
Turkish army began a preemptive attack in northern Syria last week to prevent domination of US-backed Kurd rebels on Jerabulus city south of its borders after rebels managed to take control of ISIS-held Manjib and were preparing to attack Jarabulus.
Syria has condemned Turkey's ground incursion into Syria's border city of Jarablus, describing it as " blatant violation of its sovereignty and affirms".
