Terrorists Open Fire on Buses Evacuating Civilians from Syria’s Fouaa, Kafraya

Terrorists Open Fire on Buses Evacuating Civilians from Syria’s Fouaa, Kafraya

Alwaght- Terrorist groups opened fire on the second batch of buses trying to enter al-Fouaa and Kafraya towns in Idlib to evacuate civilians.

The regions are under terrorist siege and were supposed to be evacuated after state forces provided safe evacuation for militants and their families from the recently liberated city of Aleppo.

This is the second time terrorists attack busses after they initially agree to let the government evacuate civilians from these Shiite-populated villages.

As a result of this attack, the buses in Al-Fou'aa and Kafraya were told to remain in the towns until further notice due to security concerns posed by the militant groups in the Idlib Governorate.

The random attack by terrorists in the the militant-held governorate today will likely delay the transport of civilians and militants in the eastern pocket of Aleppo.

Syrian army recently managed to liberate Aleppo from terrorist and militant groups and the remaining militants are guaranteed a safe path by the Syrian government to leave the city with their families in return for a safe evacuation of civilians from some regions under their control.
