ALWAGHT- The Israeli military has reported a drone attack launched from Yemen targeting the occupied Palestinian territories.
On Monday, the Israeli military reported intercepting a drone fired from Yemen over the Mediterranean Sea.
The Yemeni army has not yet issued any statements regarding the incident.
The attack occurred just hours after US and UK fighter jets targeted the Bahis area in Yemen's Midi district, located in Hajjah Governorate. No information has been released about the specific targets or the extent of the damage caused by the strikes.
The US and Britain began their operations against Yemen in mid-January following attacks by the Arab nation on Israel-bound ships in international waters.
Yemen asserts that its maritime operations aim to support the Palestinian people and resistance groups in Gaza, who have endured over a year of Israel's brutal war. In solidarity with Palestinians, the Yemeni Armed Forces have also conducted strikes on Israeli-occupied territories.
Yemen has pledged to continue targeting Israeli-linked vessels and positions in the occupied territories until Israel ends its genocidal war on Gaza.
