ALWAGHT- The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps cautioned the US and the Israeli regime that the Islamic Republic and the resistance front are prepared to equip themselves with all necessary means to prevail over their adversaries.
On Sunday, Major General Hossein Salami released a statement to commemorate the National Day against Global Arrogance, marking the anniversary of the 1979 US embassy takeover in Tehran.
The IRGC commander warned the US—described as the main adversary of the Iranian people—and its ally, the “criminal and terrorist Zionist regime,” that regional Islamic resistance forces are prepared to deliver a decisive response to this perceived axis of hostility.
He added that the resistance front, along with Islamic Iran, would acquire any necessary resources to counter and defeat their adversaries.
Major General Salami also underscored that the resistance forces remain undeterred by threats or loud opposition from leaders in Washington and Tel Aviv.
On Saturday, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, also emphasized that the actions of Iran's adversaries will not go unanswered. He asserted that both the Zionist regime and the US will face a definite and forceful response for actions against the Iranian people and the resistance front.
