ALWAGHT- Iran's Caretaker Foreign Minister, Ali Bagheri, stated that the Israeli regime's criminal actions and reckless behavior have made the situation in West Asia delicate.
In a post on his X account, Ali Bagheri mentioned that he had held phone conversations with the Egyptian and Jordanian foreign ministers. "Tonight, in our second call in the past 48 hours, we discussed the developments in the region and emphasized the importance of continued dialogue among regional countries," he stated.
Bagheri highlighted the situation in West Asia, describing it as especially sensitive due to the ongoing crimes and reckless actions of the ruling group in Tel Aviv. He called for a unified and firm stance among Islamic states in the region to halt the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the spread of the Zionist regime's aggression. He also emphasized that Iran is determined to hold the regime accountable.
The Israeli regime assassinated Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in the early hours of July 31. Haniyeh, who was in Tehran for the Iranian president's swearing-in ceremony, was killed in a special residence in northern Tehran after being struck by an aerial projectile.
