The Iraqi Resistance launched an attack on a major target in the occupied regions

ALWAGHT- On Saturday morning, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq announced a drone strike targeting a significant objective in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The Islamic Resistance of Iraq has declared that fighters within its ranks conducted a drone strike on a significant target within the occupied territories, in retaliation to the atrocities committed by the occupying regime in Gaza and in solidarity with its people. This action also serves as a response to the attack on the base of the Popular Mobilization Forces.

Earlier, Abu Alaa Al-Walaei, the Secretary-General of the Resistance Movement of Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada (KSS) in Iraq, responded to an explosion at a military base in northern Babylon province, Iraq, on Saturday morning, warning of a retaliatory response.

The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) confirmed the explosion at the Kalsu military base in northern Babylon province in a statement issued Saturday morning.

According to the statement released by the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, the explosion took place at the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces at the Kalsu military base in the Al-Mashru area of northern Babylon province.

Continuing from the statement, an investigative team promptly arrived at the scene, where the explosion caused material damage and several injuries. Once the initial investigations are concluded, further details regarding the explosion will be promptly disclosed.

These hostile assaults were aimed at the primary entrance of the Kalsu base, a vehicle garage, and two offices of the Popular Mobilization Forces, demonstrating a significant level of intensity in the attacks.
