ALWAGHT- Former chief commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), Mohsen Rezaei, has stated that 11,000 ISIS fighters are being trained in American camps in the region, preparing to enter Iraq as soon as possible.
Speaking at the 12th Iran International Aerospace Exhibition on Tuesday morning, former IRGC chief Mohsen Rezaei revealed that in the past 24 hours, Israel, the US, and terrorist groups had attacked 250 infrastructure points in Syria, targeting and destroying all of the country’s military research centers.
Rezaei warned that the recent developments in Lebanon and Syria could soon spread to Iraq, highlighting the growing signs of foreign efforts to undermine the independence of regional nations. He emphasized that the enemies of the region are determined to weaken these countries by any means necessary.
Citing information from American camps in the region, Rezaei stated that 11,000 ISIS terrorists are currently being trained in US camps, preparing to enter Iraq as soon as possible. He underscored that any instability in the region could cause irreversible damage to these nations, urging regional states to recognize that the US and its allies aim to weaken them and seize their resources.
The Syrian government collapsed early on Sunday following a dramatic offensive by the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) terrorist group, which stormed and captured Damascus, bringing an end to President Bashar al-Assad’s 24-year rule over the country.
