ALWAGHT- Israeli media reported on Sunday night that a drone detonated at a military base of the Israeli Golani Division, located south of Haifa in the central occupied territories, injuring at least 30 soldiers.
Israeli officials have reported that up to 20 soldiers were injured, including 5 critically, following a Hezbollah drone strike south of Haifa.
According to Haaretz, the attack occurred at a barracks in Binyamina, a district south of Haifa.
The explosion was caused by a kamikaze drone launched from Lebanon by Hezbollah forces. Some reports suggest that 30 soldiers were injured in the attack, while Army Radio reported 3 soldiers killed and 24 others injured, with 9 in critical condition.
Around 50 ambulances were dispatched to the site of the explosion.
Haaretz later updated the number of injured soldiers to 39, with 4 in critical condition.
