Car Bomb Hits Market in Baghdad, Iraq, Killing at Least 25

Alwaght- A powerful car bombed rocked hit Iraqi capital on Tuesday morning killing at least 25 people and injuring 32 more.

The terror attack struck a busy an outdoor market in a Shiite-dominated northeastern district of Baghdad.

The vegetable market, located in Iraqi Capital's Rashidiya neighborhood, was crowded with people when it came under attack on Tuesday morning.

A police officer told AP that an explosives-laden pickup truck exploded at the busy market.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion, but ISIS frequently carries out such terror attacks in the capital and other parts of Iraq.

ISIS claimed the responsibility for the horrific explosion that devastated Baghdad's Karada district that according to Iraq's health ministry claimed lives of 292 people.

The terror group also claimed responsibility for a bombing and shooting attack that killed at least 40 people and wounded 75 others near a holy Shiite mausoleum north of the Iraqi capital.

It is believed that ISIS Terrorists are venting anger in the form of attacks against innocent civilians to compensate for the string of losses on the battlefields across Iraq. At the same time, a terrorist group like ISIS does not look for excuses to spill blood and cause mayhem in the name of the religion of Islam, primarily against Muslims.
